The high-quality and superior performance of Berry Ace Zhuhai’s electroplating process has been underlined by a recent customer audit undertaken by GHSP and its end-customer Toyota.
In particular, the audit highlighted Berry Ace Zhuhai’s excellent technical abilities and quality management system which were said to be superior to other recognized Toyota suppliers.
The plating line at Berry Ace Zhuhai have been designed to meet a variety of complicated processes, including 2K Selective Plating, Satin Chrome, Trivalent Chrome and Black Chrome finishing. In-line water recycling means 65% of water can be reused, while a heat exchange system for the heating and cooling of the plating tank reduces electricity consumption. A comprehensive waste water treatment process ensures effective removal of contaminants to allow reuse of the water in line with the highest environmental standards.
On July 1st 2019, Berry Global Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of RPC Group Plc.

Ace Plastics Technology Co Ltd - Ace Plastics (Zhuhai) Co Ltd is presented to Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2017 by BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership. To raise involvement in environmentally-conscious practices among the manufacturing and services enterprises in Hong Kong and the Pan Pearl River Delta (PRD) region, Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and Bank of China (Hong Kong) (BOCHK) have organised the BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards Programme since 2015, fostering green initiatives to reduce environmental footprints in these communities.
Guangdong Environmental Protection Engineering Vocational College issued an environmental inspection report for Ace Plastics (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. in Dec 2015.
The Hong Kong Pan Pearl River Delta Environmental Awards is established by FHKI and aims to recognise and encourage sound environmental practices by manufacturing companies. Ace Plastics (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd has been awarded as a "Green Medalist" and granted permission to use a special "5 years + entrant" logo for one year starting from Feb of 2015.

RPC, based in Beccles England, an international rigid plastic packaging supplier to the food and non-food, customer and industrial markets has announced the completion of the acquisition of Ace Corporation Holdings Limited on 2 Jun, 2014.
RPC said that currently 94% of its 1.76 billion (USD) sales are in Europe, but it noted that Asia’s rigid plastic packaging markets will have the world’s fastest growth, averaging 9.8% a year through 2018, compared with 2.7% in Europe. Absorbing Ace to the Group obviously opens the door for RPC’s expansion in Asia.
Ace, one of China’s most outstanding mold maker and injection molder, with 1.4 billion (HKD) sales in 2013, sales and earnings were up 25% and 38% respectively compared with 2012.
Dr. Jack Yeung, CEO of Ace Corporation Holdings Limited and his top management team will remain with RPC, and Ace will be run as one of six stand-alone units within RPC. CEO of RPC Group Plc, Mr. Pim Vervaat said :”Ace will continue to be an independent company led by Jack, reporting to me”.
Ace Mold acquired the “Happiness-at-work Label” on 13 Jun 2014. More than 200 companies and organisations in Hong Kong have signed the happiness-at-work declaration to show their commitment to creating a happy work environment and raising the happiness-at-work level of staff members. Ace has awarded this lable for two consecutive years.

We are pleased to announce Ace Mold (Shanghai) have received "2013 Rockwell Automation Supplier Award" at Rockwell Automation's APAC supplier conference.
The award is base on performance throughout the year against Rockwell Automation criteria that Ace met or exceeded. Performance is measured in terms of lead-time reduction, on-time delivery, quality and productivity. Selection as a Supplier of the Year also requires maintenance of key compliance initiatives, investment in continuous improvement and identification of quantitative areas for product or process enhancement.
Ace Mold Co Ltd is awarded “Caring Certificate” of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Recognition Scheme – Industry Cares 2014. FHKI launched “Industry Cares” to acknowledge members’ participation in CSR activities, aiming to encourage member companies, in particular SMEs with limited resources, to participate in CSR activities, and to recognize their efforts in this area.
Ace reached a new milestone held its grand opening in Anhui, China.. No other company in Plastic and Moldings manufactures of similar type, and even from a global perspective other production facilities are owned and earmarked by equipment manufacturers. In this perspective, strong grounds can be found for this project, and there is every reason for Ace Mold & Plastics to aim for profitable results even in the near future.At the moment, Ace employs 3400 persons, 210 of which work at the 230,000 sqft Anhui factory. Plans have already been made to triple both production capacity and the number of employees as the factory extension is completed.
Congratulations to CEO, Mr. Jack Yeung, for his being awarded of the 13th World Outstanding Chinese Award in recognition of his prominent accomplishments in the mould making and molding industry and his contributions to the Chinese communities. Mr. Yeung was also conferred an Honorary Doctor Degree by The Northern University, USA. The “13th Presentation of World Outstanding Chinese Award & Conferment of Honorary Doctor Degrees” was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 4th May 2013.
