Tests simulating operating conditions are performed on every new mold before it is qualified for shipment. Using the latest scientific molding process and equipment, Ace is capable to analyze every step of the injection molding process to assist in debugging and qualifying the molds. A total of 9 injection molding machines from 50 - 450 ton in insolated rooms are dedicated solely for testing and qualification of molds. |
