Requirements

2024 graduates, or background of studying oversea, bachelor degree or above and major in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Mold Engineering, Polymer Materials, Marketing, International Economics and Trade and other related major.

We have a oneyear graduate development program that includes mentorship, executive team sharing series, rotations and project assignments.
